Darren Clayton is the founder of Regenerate Wellness, and a seasoned leader in the corporate wellness and high-performance space. With a background that spans elite sport, event-management and workplace health, Darren has spent years building companies and programmes designed to fix the burnout and fatigue epidemic in demanding industries.
After beginning his career as a professional athlete, Darren moved into event- and experience-driven wellbeing, culminating in leadership roles including Managing Director at Zeus Sports Group, where he delivered high-impact corporate wellness initiatives for large organisations.
In 2024-25, he founded Regenerate with a clear vision: to bring data-backed insight, targeted intervention and measurable ROI to sectors that traditionally view health as a cost line rather than a competitive advantage. Through Regenerate, Darren works directly with organisations in data centres, construction, tech and supply-chains—helping them shift from reactive wellness programmes to strategic health-performance models.
Driven by a belief that high performance depends on human resilience, Darren combines field-tested techniques, corporate data systems and a relentless focus on measurable results. He leads Regenerate’s mission to transform workplace health from a “nice to have” to a business imperative.
