HIIT Class
A high-energy, functional training session focused on building strength, endurance, and resilience through short, intense bursts of exercise.
Sessions start at 0730 and last for 45 minutes. Breakfast is included.

Guided breathing techniques designed to improve focus, manage stress, and enhance both physical and mental performance.
